Account Management
3.1 Accurate Information
All members registered with lkx8 must keep accurate and up-to-date information in their profile. Any change to your name, address or contact details must be reported to the support team promptly. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
In the interest of security and fraud prevention, lkx8 may conduct an identity verification process (KYC) at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Suspension & Closure
lkx8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Evidence of bonus abuse.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
lkx8 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must follow the respective provider's guidelines to complete transactions through each method.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.4 Failed or Delayed Transactions

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
lkx8 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Every bonus comes with a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
The following rules apply to every bonus offer:
- Each bonus is applicable once only and will be cancelled in the event of abuse.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- It is not possible to hold more than one bonus at the same time — the next bonus will not activate until the current one is complete.
- Wagering will not be completed without progress on specific games — see the details of each promotion.
- Unused bonuses will be cancelled if the account is closed.
5.4 lkx8 VIP Program
The lkx8 VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly you can move up to a higher tier and become eligible for weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
lkx8 holds final authority over all decisions regarding VIP tier assignment and cashback payments.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Gaming Services
lkx8 operates slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting and other gaming categories. Each game category has its own rules, which can be found in detail on the relevant page.
6.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of a game is undetermined due to a server outage, network issue or software fault, lkx8 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. lkx8 is not obligated to pay incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All bets in the sports betting section are dependent on specific events. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lkx8 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Any form of fraud, manipulation or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts or using bonuses in risk-free betting strategies.
- Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
- Operating an account using automated bots or software.
- Harassing or deceiving other users.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Providing false or forged documents.
